Firefighters were called to a Fife home after a laptop overheated and caused ‘extensive damage’.
The emergency services attended a house in Garry Park in Glencraig just after 11.30pm last night.
The blaze started after the laptop, which was plugged in, overheated and set alight the carpet it was sitting on.
Three fire crews attended the scene and extinguished the blaze in the bedroom of the property.
